About Our Staff

Emma

Emma has been a valued member of the Stage Center team since 2021, consistently demonstrating her dedication to excellence. Emma's pursuit of professional development has taken her to Orlando for Nikolay's Pointe Shoe Fitter Certification. As well as being a dedicated staff member she also is in charge of Stage Center's Social Media. 

An Akron native, Emma's extensive dance training at the Meneer School of Dance, Becky’s School of Dance, and Nan Klinger instilled in her a deep appreciation for diverse dance genres, including Jazz, Tap, Modern, and Ballet. Beyond her dance expertise, Emma's passion for the arts extends to the Visual Realm, earning a certification in Visual Arts from Akron School of the Arts and achieving national recognition for her artwork. She also contributed to Firestone Theatre's costume department throughout her high school years. This unique blend of artistic disciplines, coupled with her specialized fitting expertise, ensures that each dancer receives personalized attention and leaves Stage Center with footwear that empowers their performance.

Sydney

Sydney has been working with Stage Center since 2022, she specializes in Pointe Shoe Fittings, Sales and is in charge of the Stage Center Ambassador & Influencer Program.

Sydney is currently a Company Artist with Cleveland Ballet, performing multiple lead roles with them. Prior to living in Cleveland, Ohio, Sydney received training at the Rock School for Dance Education (Philadelphia, PA), the Hungarian Dance University (Budapest, HU), and the Orpheum Dance Program (Saugerties, NY). She has training in Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Tap, and Jazz. Sydney is also in school for Business Hospitality at Cuyahoga Community College.

Kelsey

Kelsey has been working with Stage Center since 2024 and specializes in Pointe Shoe Fittings and Sales. Outside of Stage Center, Kelsey is pursuing her BFA in Dance at The University of Akron. Prior to college, Kelsey received her dance education from A Time to Dance in North Canton where she trained in Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, and Musical Theater. In addition, she has taught Ballet to varying age levels at A Time To Dance.
