This skirt has 540 degrees of polyester fabric (three times the fabric of a single circle skirt). Waist has a floating elastic band for a comfortable fit for all sizes.

The CHILDS size is a one size fits most Children that has an elastic waist that stretches 21" to 38" and a 31" length.

Made of polyester. Can be cut to desired length. Fabric will not unravel! No need to hem.
